PHINDELA CHITHI INCORPORATED
PHINDELA CHITHI INCORPORATED was formed in 2018. It was formed by Mrs Nozibele Priscilla Chithi who is a black female and holds 100% shares in the firm.
The firm has built up its client base comprising significantly of legal work in the following areas of Law:-

NOZIBELE PRISCILLA CHITHI
Mrs Nozibele Priscilla Chithi is the Director of the firm with 100% shares in the company. She holds an LLB Degree from the University of Transkei which she obtained in the year 2002. She attended the School for Legal Practice at the University of Natal – Durban from January to June 2003. She then joined the firm Kuboni & Shezi attorneys to do her Articles of Clerkship, from July 2003, wherein she assisted Senior Professional Attorneys in Road Accident Fund Litigation under strict supervision of MR W.S. Kuboni.
She was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in February 2005, where after she was hired as a Professional Assistant/Attorney in the said firm.
She then served as an Associate in the firm during the period of June 2006 and March 2007. Thereafter I started practicing in my own account in partnership with Mr Blose as a Director of the firm Kuboni Incorporated / Blose Phindela Incorporated from April 2007 to January 2019. I am currently a Director of Phindela Chithi Incorporated and continue to practice as Attorney/Director.
THE FIRM’S INFRASTRUCTURE
The firm utilizes a Local Area Network (with full time internet access) comprising three workstations, the operating system is Windows based and the word processor is Microsoft Word. The firm also utilizes Legal Suite Software for Litigation, Collections, MVA and Accounting packages to keep updated.
We are connected to the internet and e-mail. All printing is performed on a high performance Canon print, fax and scan series machine to monitor a high standard of quality and print reproduction.

(we institute and defend individual claims; we are also on the Road Accident Fund Panel of attorneys defending the Fund in litigated matters);

Estates (we also specialize in registration of Wills and Trusts with the Master of the High Court and deal with the winding up of deceased estates);

(we also do work related to contract management, being drafting of Contracts, facilitation of compliance therein etc);

RAY NKONYENI LOCAL MUNICIPALITY
Our firm is also on the panel of attorneys for Ray Nkonyeni local Municipality where we are providing legal services and related services for municipality which include inter alia, Labour Law, Litigation and Commercial law.
HEALTH PROFFESIONS COUNCIL S.A.
Our firm is on the panel of adjudicators and legal assessors for the HPCSA.
AFFIRMATIVE ACTION POLICY
The firm is entirely Black owned committed to giving opportunities to members of the disadvantaged communities. The firm has one (1) female attorney. In the administration staff there are two (2) black females. The firm is aware of and endorses the affirmative action policies contained in the Employment Practices Agreement as read with the Agreement of the National Labour Relations Forum for Local Government on Equal Employment Practices and Affirmative Action Policies as well as the Employment Equity Act.
